Lees Foods is the parent company of Lees of Scotland and the Waverley Bakery, two Scottish based companies that have a long tradition in the manufacturing of confectionery products which have been enjoyed by consumers in the UK and overseas for many years.
Following a period of seven years as a public listed company, Lees Foods returned to private ownership in July 2012 after a management buyout. The objectives of the business remain to build a prosperous and successful Company.
